How do I track my furniture delivery?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture items, our white-glove delivery partner will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Pier 1 ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders enter processing quickly. You may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement. After that, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once the item arrives.

Are your candles and fragrances seasonal?

While we carry signature scents year-round, we release limited-edition seasonal collections throughout the year. Be sure to check our 'New Arrivals' section.

Do you offer assembly services?

Many of our furniture pieces require light assembly. Detailed instructions are included. For select items, professional assembly services can be added at checkout for an additional fee.
