  • Damage caused by negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents (including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage) 
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications without written approval from the seller
  • Damage from natural disasters
  • Mattresses purchased from any seller not authorized under this warranty
  • Products that have their own individual warranty policy
